IME Scheduler/Paralegal (Base + Commission). Fully Remote

We are seeking a Case Manager with paralegal experience in IMEs and/ or Medical Expert Witnesses to join our team. Good company culture and potential for growth. This is a contract role 1099 role - base + commission.

Responsibilities

• Filling IME and Medical Expert Witness assignments from legal and corporate clients

• Finding appropriate physicians for assignments from internal database and via other searches

• Building a book of business/Sales

• Work closely with physician experts and attorney and other client offices

• Some travel logistics

• Some invoicing

• Use of CRM

• Networking with Clients

Required Skills:

• Super organized

• Able and willing to document all tasks

• Great interpersonal skills

• Efficiency and logical mindset

• Ability to handle multiple tasks daily

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:
• Day shift

Experience:
• IME or Medical Expert Witness: 3 years (Preferred)
