    Responsibilities:
  • Interact with AT&T customers in-person to address service questions and concerns
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and usage
  • Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting
  • Promote AT&T products and services to help customers get the most value
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics
  • Stay up to date on the latest products, services, and promotions
    Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, call center, or hospitality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, solution-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help people
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and comfort navigating software systems
