About the position

As a Teller I at Pine Motor Bank, you will play a crucial role in processing financial transactions with precision and efficiency. This position requires strict adherence to all bank policies and procedures, ensuring that client demands are prioritized and met with impeccable customer service. You will be expected to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues, maintaining a thorough understanding of all banking products and services, as well as the company's systems and procedures. Participation in job-specific training and various bank training programs, including customer service, is essential, along with compliance with BSA, AML, and all bank policies and procedures as required. Additionally, you will actively participate in the Customer Service First program, supporting the organization's values and following established policies and procedures. The role may require periodic travel to Abilene or other Bank Regions for training purposes. You should be prepared for Saturday and holiday hours, which may be necessary based on your branch's operational hours. This position is designed for a self-starting team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling frequent interruptions with little to no supervision. The job can be mentally and physically demanding, requiring you to stand for most of the workday and lift, carry, or move heavy boxes or bags of currency and coin weighing up to 60 pounds. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as extended hours may be required as business needs dictate.

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• 6 months previous teller experience within the financial institution industry or 6 months previous cash handling experience in a retail customer service environment.

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is required.

• Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft programs are necessary.
,
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills are necessary.
,
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with handling frequent interruptions and little to no supervision.
