Description:
• QA/Data Analyst responsible for auditing, manipulating, and uploading client data
• Assist Senior QA Specialist in the final testing and quality assurance of builds
• Collaborate with senior teammates to manage EDI/file integration projects
• Serve as a subject matter resource in client meetings
• Assist with providing guidance on SOPs and process improvements

Requirements: • Minimum education required: Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience • 3-6 years of applicable software implementation experience • Ability to readily learn and apply new information/concepts • Intermediate knowledge of benefits administration software implementation • Ability to travel for work if requested (Less than 5% of the time) • Exceptional telephone demeanor, professional approach to problem-solving • Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines
