Provide exceptional service to high-profile clients of The Walt Disney Company.
Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Understand and anticipate client needs and proactively address any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information.
Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction and feedback to management.
Stay informed about current and upcoming Disney products, services, and experiences.
Handle client complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Represent The Walt Disney Company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Assist in organizing and coordinating special events and experiences for clients.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide suggestions for enhancing the client experience.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client service.
Train and mentor new team members on client service standards and procedures.
